Starting childcare is a big step. Here’s how enrolment works, from your first visit to your child’s first day.

Register online through Xplor and tell us your preferred days and start date.
Accept your offer
We’ll contact you when a place is available and send your enrolment forms.
Set up CCS and start
Apply for the Child Care Subsidy in myGov, then join us for three free 1-hour orientation sessions with your child before their first day.

What ages do you care for, and what are your hours?
We care for children from 6 weeks old to school age. We’re open 7:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year (except Victorian public holidays).
How many children are in each room?
Our baby room has a maximum of 8 children with 2 educators, and our toddler room (2–3 years) a maximum of 12 children with 3 educators. Our kinder room is led by two VIT-registered kindergarten teachers. Babies also have their own outdoor play area, separate from the older children.
Do you offer funded kindergarten?
Yes. We run a government-funded kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-olds within long day care. Through Victoria’s Free Kinder program, eligible children can receive up to 15 hours of funded kinder a week.
How do fees and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) work?
Before your child starts, complete the CCS assessment through myGov to confirm your eligibility. Full fees apply until your subsidy is confirmed in our system. Read our fees & CCS guide.
Are meals and nappies included?
Yes, both are included in your daily fee. Nutritious meals are prepared daily on a rotating four-week menu (displayed in our foyer) and tailored to your child’s dietary needs, and we supply nappies, so there’s no need to pack them.
Is there an orientation before my child starts?
Yes, and it’s free. Before your child’s first day, we invite you to three 1-hour orientation sessions together, so your child can get to know their room and educators with you right beside them.
How will I know how my child’s day went?
We use Storypark, a secure app where educators share learning stories, photos and videos of your child’s day and development.
